Safe foods:
Tomato soup- 140 cal
Asparagus - 3 cal per spear
Veggie kabobs -about 60 cal
Veggie broth - 5 cal
Rice cakes - 60 cal
Rules for this week:
No buying food. I have enough at home.
No drinking, only smoking.
At least 2 liters of water a day, no exceptions.
Tuesday and Thursday are fast days.
I’ve completely messed up my progress overnight. If I can get down to 115 by Friday that would be amazing.

On hour 23 of a fast. If I decide to break it, I’ll have 260 cals
I’m also on hour 12 of a fast and may not eat at all tomorrow. It’s a 4 day weekend and I want to take advantage of the down time to fast
It would be great if I could fast for 3 days
